Pallarès company is present in Catalonia since 1917. It is the only witness of the important Solsona knife industry : the tradition goes back to 16th century. Pallarès is a specialist of manufacturing of knives in blade of hardened steel and folding knives, all still sharpened by hand. The company  proposes high-quality products : materials used for the manufacturing are carefully chosen.
